LOOP takes the safeguarding of your information seriously. In fact, we believe keeping your information secure is the responsibility of every employee. When we offer access to LOOP Online Banking services, we will provide a username and temporary password that will allow us to identify you.

We recommend that you, the Client, take the necessary measures to protect this username and temporary password. The provisional password must be changed by the Client the first time you access LOOP Online Banking Services. Do not share your login or password with anyone. Any and all authorized or unauthorized use of your username and password will be your sole responsibility, and LOOP will not be made responsible for such misusage.

Remember, none of our employees will request your password. Therefore, if you receive an email or a phone call requesting said information, you should restrain from disclosing it.

We recommend that you change your password regularly. Additionally, we may request from you to change it at any given period.
